Day 1 of Contact Energy's four week project to remove driftwood from the Kawarau Arm. Great to see them doing more to care for the visual amenity of the area. Its a massive project and very complicated but their great staff will work tirelessly for the next month to improve the look and safety of the Kawarau Arm.
Check out this event and book yourself onto the next NZ Ambassador Programme for Cromwell in September 2021.
